Welcome to **GlowWithKamal** (Kamal Cosmetic). We carefully pack and dispatch our fresh-batch herbal cosmetics to ensure they reach you in optimal condition.

1. Order Processing Times

Since we formulate our products in small fresh batches, orders are typically prepared and packaged within 24 to 48 hours of invoice confirmation. We do not dispatch packages on Sundays or national holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines

We ship all orders from our center in Sohna, Gurugram. Estimated delivery times are:

• Local (Delhi NCR & Haryana): 2 – 3 business days.
• Other States in India: 5 – 7 business days.
• Remote Locations (J&K, Northeast): 7 – 10 business days.

Please note that extreme weather conditions, national strikes, or high-volume festive seasons might introduce minor delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination pin code. These charges are communicated to you during enquiry verification before payment.

Note: We offer FREE shipping all across India for orders above Rs. 1500.

4. Consignment Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the courier partner, we will share the tracking number and a tracking link with you via WhatsApp or Email. You can monitor your shipment directly on the courier partner's portal.

5. In-Store Local Pick-Up

If you reside in Sohna or nearby areas, you can choose local in-store pick-up to bypass shipping rates. Choose 'Self Pick-Up' during form discussion and collect your batch from:
